My journey to becoming a chef was inspired by my father, food & joy it bring to people. Growing up, I watched my family gather around the meal time. sharing stories and had meal. This sense of community and connection through food sparked my desire to create memorable dining experiences for others.
In addition to cooking, I have very limited hobbies that complement my culinary passion. I enjoy reading books, traveling & exploring different cuisine. Where i can understanding current culinary demand & global flavors.
What truly makes me tick is the creative process in the kitchen. I thrive on the challenge of transforming simple ingredients into extraordinary dishes and take immense satisfaction in seeing guests enjoy the meals i prepared.
