Chef de Partie at Turtle and The Wolf, a modern upscale American restaurant located 30 min from NYC Nov 2021- present. Private backcountry camp cook at Hells Canyon Outfitters in Idaho during elk hunting season in August- October 2021 preparing breakfast lunch and dinner over a campfire for hunters and staff. Hurricane Dorian disaster relief in The Bahamas with All Hands and Hearts July 2020- December 2020.
I love trying new things! I used to play roller derby and still love to roller skate in my free time. I love film, reading, and finding new music. Snowboarding in the winter. And I love cooking.
