A temporary role that involved leading a group of 12 young people for a 3 week program designed to teach them the skills of leadership, teamwork and self-initiative in order to help them in terms of future employability and positive citizenship.

Working for a registered charity in Brighton whose aim it is to reach out into the local community and promote literacy and creative writing among disadvantaged young people, I ran a series of workshops at various venues for this project.
