I have been working full time with DP World Flow Pavilion within Expo Dubai 2020 overseeing the daily Guest Services' Operations of the Pavilion My responsibilities consisted of ensuring an upscale Guest Experience during the Pavilion's daily events. I was in charge of ensuring all bookings, guests ticketing staff and contractors' accreditation planning, venue reservations, transportation and catering plans behind all private events for DP World. Further, I managed a team of 12 customer services in charge of the receptions of the 5 Floor Pavilion Building. Ultimately, my role consisted in offering support with event production for Special Events, Government Delegations, Business Forums ^ Educational Programs.
I enjoy solid experience in the fields of the event planning and operation, sports management, including experience in Sports for Development, Mass participation events, VIP events Guest Services, Project Management, Sponsorship & Partnership, and Volunteers' Management. Personally, passionate about events, sports and nature and looking for a new challenge within a company that can put my experience and skills into good use.
