I believe I am the perfect candidate because besides my diploma in hotel and institutional catering, I have over 7 years of experience in the hospitality and Catering sector. In my current role as a head chef at Meatup I have proved myself to be an effective and efficient employee, a strong leader, and also consistent in food production and as a result, this has boosted our customer base and amazing customer reviews which could enabled my employer to open a new branch. This has mostly been due to the great communication between my team, my creativity with recipes and thoroughly paying attention to detail as I monitor my own performance in order to tailor something specific to our customer base. I’m currently working as a head chef at Meatup Restaurant and this has been since 2020 October: Some of my responsibilities as the head chef include controlling and directing the food operations in the kitchen in an effective manner, creating menus, recipes and managing & working closely with other chefs at all levels. Approving and polishing dishes before customers set their eyes on them etc.
