Changing behaviour from at risk to safe working behaviour and continuing the same outside the work environment is something I love to perform and am keen to deploy to reach the operational Excellence which in return will achieve the customer satisfaction internally and externally.
Applying for an HSEQ management roles is always an optimum level of interest to me since it will continue to require adapting human behaviours that lead to culture changes which considered challenging to many but make my role always happy rewarding experience for me.
