I believe I am a perfect candidate because I am sure I possess the skills, knowledge, training, experience, passion and ability required to execute the role effectively. I have always loved giving care and support from a very young age, which is the reason I started volunteering as a support worker at my church's hospice to for the elderly.
Apart from that, I have a few in-house trainings and recently completed an Ofqual accredited training(UK standard) that exposed me to the good health and safety practices in the UK care industry, including the legal requirements and organization procedures.
I am physically fit and skilled in safe manual handling. I am friendly and always make myself approachable. I am a good communicator and an active listener. I work well both on my own and as a member of a team. i am a self-starter with a good sense of duty. I am highly numerate, speak fluent English and posses a good standard of English taught formal education.
