•It is a domicilary care where I am looking after an elderly patient who is suffering from Alzheimer. I help the patient with personal care as in bathing,dressing and feeding. I also help him with medication and also prepare food for him to eat from breakfast,lunch and supper.Helping the patient getting in and out off bed and also engaging the patient to ease any feeling of isolation and loneliness.
