Prior to my graduate studies, during my career as a customer care services, I was elected a member of a team ( Honeywell pilot scheme), in this capacity, i was able to take data from customer on how the company has been helpful to them. i particularly enjoyed working with an older apprentice who was seeking a career change and had problems adjusting to the obligations of work,school and family life.
i believe that both my educational background in academic and my work-related duties of creating solution and ensure smooth running business.
