My experiences at project Grey Elderly Care Initiative, has thoroughly equipped me with robust extensive knowledge in taking responsibility of  the physical and emotional well being and social needs of the elderly in the residents. Assisting them with personal care routines, domestic chores for healthy environment, personal hygiene, and meal preparation. Remind and  prompt medication assistant, excellent in  delivering a high standard of care  that truly comes from my heart with making sure the residents never lose their dignity or sense of individuality. Helped them to access the community, offered conversation and companionship.
Working in line with community nurse's, has developed my capacity to carry out care  duties where all core skills are enforced, practiced and understand the key signs when a patient requires further medical intervention, or simply needs someone to converse with for physical and emotional support whilst making them to have a joyful and memorable moment everyday. I am mentally stable with a good attitude, and I have an excellent ability to work under pressure. I am well-trained in human management  I love teamwork.
