I am a very hardworking, professional and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working as part of a team to achieve a common goal. I am also well-driven to provide patients with the most excellent possible care. I have a flexible approach to work. As a personal development, I have also completed multiple pieces of training both online and in person and earned certifications in several fields, which I undertook through an Agency. Having appropriate work experience and a positive approach to the position; I believe that I am the most outstanding candidate for this job. I believe everyone should receive the same level of treatment and the same quality service regardless of who they are, that is why I treat every patient with respect, dignity and care. I am well aware of the external pressures that hospitals and the healthcare system face. I am a dedicated person who will always work hard, consistently and professionally, and focus on providing excellent patient care.

The Health and well-being of patients in any country are pivotal to its development levels, influencing my desire to work for your organisation. I am aware of the core values of the well being which are care, compassion, courage, communication, commitment and competence. They are all just as important as each other in all healthcare roles. Being brought up in a country without a substantial health insurance policy was traumatizing. I faced the harsh realities of witnessing individuals suffering from life-threatening illnesses who could not receive adequate treatment. I witnessed the health conditions of individuals around me deteriorate with little assistance provided, hence, my desire in healthcare, this experience has also made me contribute to the healthcare services and help patients improve healthy living, as well as instigating them to take responsibility for their health. This organisation happens to be the closest platform present for me to continue to do so.Enhancing the lives of individuals and assisting patients in taking control of their health is the primary goal of the health sector, and this clarifies my purpose, working with
your organisation would provide me with a grand opportunity to contribute conceptually and practically to patients' well-being by changing their lives.

However, my passion for working for your establishment goes beyond merely providing clinical care services. I also want to help patients feel loved, encouraged and supported and look after the elderly with challenging behaviour. It is undeniable that a lack of love and compassion can be hazardous to people's mental and physical health.
