 Responsible for the day to day running of a multinational dual contract facility within the military including building infrastructure, equipment care and supply, Procurement and management of £275,000 Stock, Account holding and auditing, Promoting and advertising

 Managing both military and commercial staff including roster writing, Appraisals and reports, mentoring and feedback, welfare and further career and personal development

 Working alongside and assisting in the training/continuous training of all Health and Safety within the work place including presentations, Fire safety, COSHH, Manual handling, First aid

 Organising various team building/bonding events for all personnel to build confidence and team camaraderie

Catering Manager

 Established the set up of a Catering Facility for 500+ personnel whilst on operational tour of duty, including assisting in the employment and the subsequent training of staff.
