I consider myself to be a highly active person. I began taking martial arts classes when I was just 6 years old , and when I was 12 I added gymnastics to my activity schedule until I was 17 years old. Since young age I was good drawing and painting and I still enjoy doing it.
I no longer practise gymnastic or martial arts. Due to my line of work, I look for to lead an active lifestyle that reduces my risk of injury. I now jog three times a week and lift ligth weigths in the gym. Even while I still do some painting and drawing. I spend more time at home Djing for myself or listening music and podcasts. And all this revitalizes my energy so that I am prepared and excited to work in my next shift.
