I work in the Intercontinental Hotel Muscat, and execute the Biggest catering operation, sales and planning of the country in the Oman Exhibition and Convention center and also the most luxurious one at Royal Opera House not to forget the regular day to day F&B Operation in the hotel.
I am a strong contender for this role as I understand the food & catering business from roots and also hold strong Leadership skills to manage a team, to support my statement above, just last year I was Nominated and reached as a finalist in Hotel Middle East Awards in UNSUNG HERO Category.
