Selected as HR Asst Manager to enhance structure by ensuring effective HR practices, processes and programs, for company expanding through Global Consulting. Report to MD, SS Star. Serve different firms across the globe for their consulting requirement. Direct one HR employee.

Employee Relations
1.Conducting staff welfare and fun activities like annual parties, monthly outings.
a) Review, Analyze and recommend changes to PMS/EPR in line with best practices for firm and implementing HR Procedures and ensuring their conformity with the Labor Laws, review, Analyze and recommend changes to all HR Processes in line with best practices relevant in the market and aligned to firms strategic objective.
b) Partnering with MD on key initiatives, revenue, payrolls, compensation & benefits, performance of organization, etc
2.Ensures that Payroll is paid correctly & smoothly in the appropriate time across the Company. Follow up the reduction of team members’ annual leave balance as in the preset annual target and track employees’ absences (regular/ irregular), and send legal warnings accordingly.
3.Employee Formalities- Joining and leaving – Handing over all the necessary documents for employees.
4.To develop and conduct employee orientation programs.

1)Ensure absence monitoring is in line with company guidelines.
2)Responsible for maintenance of personnel files, records of training, probation, etc.
3)Independently responsible for issuance of various types of letters like offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter.
