Having worked as a Health, Safety and Environmental Engineer/ Coordinator and In charge with prime Companies in the construction field in India and Middle East, I have excelled in my field of work and made a laudable mark!

Description: A project in progression - One of the Iconic towers, Qatar tallest towers that will act as a
benchmark for future sky scrapers in the city. 2 front towers with 50 levels shall consist of BUA of
264,000m2 each and 2 rear towers with 70 levels of 336,000m2 with GFA of 660,000 sq.m and 13, 150
car park spaces. The project is located in 4 separate adjacent plots. Each plot accommodates a super tall
tower and podium area with 3 to 4 low rise buildings on each podium.
Role & Highlights: As HSE engineer, entrusted with all HSE related matters – hazard analysis, job
safety plans, training, incident investigations, reports to top management backed with appropriate
measures.
• Handpicked - Hyundai Engineering and Construction (HDEC) approved HSE engineer.

Sabha Al Saleem University City Project, Kuwait
Client: Kuwait University Construction program;
Project Management: Turner Projacs;
Consultants: SOM/Gulf Consultancy.
Main Contractor: SEG Qatar
Description: The Student Activities and Athletic Facilities (SAAF) at the University comprised of 10
buildings with gross area of 96,000 sq.mt - 2 main, recreational athletic facilities, student centre, 2 smaller
recreational facilities, 2 information booths, Student Union headquarters, intercampus bus transportation
station besides 2 major spectator facilities, 2,000 seat indoor tennis centre and 1,000 seat outdoor soccer
and track/field stadium.
Role & Highlights: As HSE engineer, performed hazard analysis and sketched risk assessment plan for
all key activities while monitoring all control measures. Took charge of all training needs and analysed
trends to make recommendations for improvements. Troubleshot problems, conducted incident and
accident investigation with follow-up action to minimise recurrence.
• Identified as Kuwait University Construction program approved safety supervisor.
• Succeeded in conducting a safe operation covering 12MT structural steel erection at 15,000 seat
outdoor soccer and track/field stadium without any loss to injury or recordable incidents.
• Assisted top management in completion of Group and Regional IMS surveillance audits and
certifications.

Jio World Centre, Mumbai
Client: Reliance Industries Ltd., (RIL);
Principal Contractor: Samsung C&T
Description: A dream project –an 18 storey high-rise building with height of 65.87mter and worth
$US678M with structural steel erection of around 35,000MT steel. A multi-utility project comprising of a
state-of-the-art Convention Centre and Exhibition Centre, flexi hall and banquets, a world class theatre
with seating capacity of 2000 people, high end retail, offices and commercial establishments and ultra-
premium residences.
Role & Highlights: As HSE Engineer, collaborated with cross-functional teams and senior leaders to
sketch the entire action plan for risk mitigation.
• Carried-out EHS programs with conformance to Government regulations, safety guidelines and
industry best practices.
• Bagged the ‘Best Performer Award’ and management recognition for continuous and active
participation in ‘Suspended Personnel Rescue Operations’ drills and training from Samsung C&T.
• Achieved 4.7M safe man - hours on completion of erection of 34,720mt primary structural steel
• 125,000sqmtr at DAICEC project without any lost time injury incidents.
• Implemented a new legal compliance tracking register. Streamlined HSE Observation course for
full compliance.

Chennai Metro Rail Ltd Phase 1- Corridor 1, Tamil Nadu, India
Client: Chennai Metro Rail Ltd., (CMRL)
Description: CMRL Phase 1, Corridor 1 covers a length of 23.085km from Washermenpet to Airport with
55% of the phase being underground and remaining elevated. It involved extensive geotechnical
excavations and investigation while managing underground utilities like sewage lines, potable water lines
as well as overhead live electrical cables. This stretch had also been the most populated place for
vehicular traffic.
Role & Highlights: As Assistant HSE Engineer.
• Scripted the HSE plan, conducted risk assessment and ensured strict adherence to HSE
compliances and audits.
• Liaised with concerned Governmental authorities, traffic stations, police departments for smooth
workflow and support.
• Trained employees on EHS programs and on safe work habits.
