-Project experience is diverse ranging from Design & Engineering, General Construction risk, corporate risk and solutions, Providing Board Leadership as well as Cap EX and Op EX (60 billion dirham) Project portfolio risk Management

-Worked on comprehensive audit/gap analysis of the HSE Management Systems for various Clients in line with OSHAD for Abu Dhabi Clients

-Same process was undertaken for Clients in KSA and Cairo
-Developed, established and managed full integrated management systems for 45001. 9001. 14001
-Sit on the board as a key decision make for the development and future on the Company
-Lead a team of 60 plus HSEQ professionals in the business
-Take no prisoners when it comes to risk mitigation- passionate about keeping people safe and growing the business safely by being a key differentiator

-As well as providing boots on the ground where necessary, I am a keen orator and enjoy delivering training to the teams on the ground for motivation and to lead by example
- Providing and managing strategy is one element of leading. Awareness and cohesive management on the projects is a critical agenda on my remit.
-HSE is a necessity, however common sense and the basics of practicality cannot be ignored. This is the way I lead my teams. Providing empowerment to think outside the box is a crucial topic on my regular meetings with the workforce.
