I am a trained Facilitator for the program Gender in My Community. This program is designed to empower, educate and further advocate for equity, equality and the advancement of women and girls. The program is executed as an afternoon school program throughout the island of Saint Lucia. The programs seeks to equip the youth of Saint Lucia, with the skills and tools necessary to combat and address gender based violence, gender biases and promote human rights for all.

As a Caribbean Advisor, I provide technical support and guidance to grantee partners and staff of the NGO. I participate in the review of proposals for funding from various grassroots organization and guidance to successful grantees.
