As a seasoned HR professional, I have over 12 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Performance Management, HRIS automation, Employee database management, managing Attrition by various strategies, have exposure in employee benefits, manpower planning, and have handling in implementation of various hr projects and been involved in improving he processes and policies across. Have been actively involved in CSR and have done volunteering for various initiatives during COVID and pre COVID Era. Have excellent conflict management skills and been also been actively involved in D&I initiatives.
