I am a punctual individual who strives for excellence. I always look for ways to deliver fresh and delicious food at a low cost. For example, in my previous job, I had a lot of clients who were healthy conscious, they wouldn't consume leavening agents, so I did research in sourdough bread, I made a sourdough starter and started baking the bread. I delivered cheap, health and ever fresh bread. I always look out to utilise fresh local produce in away way it hasn't been used before.
