Responsibilities included;
1.Reviewing the school's financial records ,transactions and accounts to verify their accuracy and compliance with accounting principles.
2.Analyzing the school's budget to make sure it reflects the goals and objectives of the organization and that the monies allocated are being used effectively
3)Examining all of the administrator's invoices and comparing them to the contracts related to them
4) Analyzing how funds are utilized in the school.
Internal Audit and Estate Unit( National Service Personnel at Ga South Municipal Assembly) October 2021- September 2022
My responsibilities included;
a)Auditing of cashbooks, receipts and Internally Generated Funds
b)Aiding with the receiving, recording and issuing of inventory to departmental heads
c)Assisting with the recording and review of penalties
d)Reviewing and facilitating correspondence between revenue collection from the revenue collectors and that of clients
e) Assisting with the maintenance and updating the asset register
