 Fabrication Inspection

Typical Stages are – 1. Raw material Inspection

2. Monitoring of Electrodes handling.

3. Monitoring welding parameters.

4. Monitoring preheat and interpass temperature.

5. Final welding visual inspection.

6. Set up of all activities

Familiar with following international codes and standards like ASME Sec. VIII, Sec. IX, Sec V, PD5500.

 Non Destructive Examination

Involved in Interpretation & Evaluation of NDT reports (RT, UT & PT)

 PWHT

Involved in Scheduling and monitoring PWHT.

 Hydrostatic Testing

Involved in

– Monitoring & Inspection during hydro testing

– Verification of Pressure gauge & chart reader calibration

– Preparing test certificate.

– Interpretation of results and documentation.
