Project Description

Solar powered refrigerators are most commonly used in the developing world to help mitigate poverty and climate change. By harnessing solar energy, these refrigerators are able to keep much needed vaccines at their appropriate temperature to avoid spoilage. The portable device can be constructed with simple component and are perfect for areas of the developing world where electricity is unreliable or non – existent.

Minor projects :

1: Prepared a job in lathe-machine by turning, taper turning, and internal & external thread making.

2: Prepared a gear on milling machine.

3: Prepared a job on shaping machine.

4: Analyse the specification of Petrol and Diesel model available in Bikaner 2009.

TRAINING ATTENDED (Summer Training of 30 days).

Organisation : Sunbeam Auto-Limited. Gurgaon. May 15 – June 15

Title : Manufacturing of Pistons, Gears and Clutches.

Team Size : Single.

Role : trainee engineer.

Training Description

Successfully completed the training on the manufacturing of pistons, gears and clutches with the CNC machines.

In between my training period I understand the process of manufacturing of different component on petrol and diesel engines, Properties of selection of the manufacturing material.

WORK EXPERIENCE. (SATNAM IRON AND STEEL PVT. LIMITED. GIRIDIH,JHARKHAND.)

 Worked as a GET in the erection and commissioning of Heavy steel plant of production 1000 ton per day (9th may 2011 to 9th may 2012).

 Then working as an assistant manager in the general maintenance department of pellet plant looking after whole machineries maintenance used in the production process till date.

 Total experience 2 year and 5 months.
