Responsibilities
Playing a stellar role in organizing, controlling, and supervising the plant & equipment overhaul, inspection and servicing program during plant scheduled outages. Providing advice and consultancy support.
Reviewing optizing, and updating the maintenance practice to be in line with industry best practices.
Conducting general maintenance and repairs of oil and gas instruments / devices like control valves, shut down valves, relief valves, angle valves, gate valves, pumps, pressure or air regulator, recorders, controllers, transmitters, gauges, integrators , valve positioners, PD meters, turbine meters, etc.
Playing a stellar role in performing testing, inspection, and calibration of oil and gas Instrument / devices like transmitters, current to pressure transducer, chart recorders, controllers, gauges, valve positioners, relief valves, etc.
Organizing the manpower, equipment, tools, and sources to repair and rectified failure and malfunction.
Coordinating installation and commissioning of general oil and gas equipment.
Testing, verifying, and re - Commissioning the rectified system or equipment
Developing reports and documentation.
Ensuring analysis and interpretation of data.
Handling troubleshooting and problem solving.
Managing interpretation of P&ID and PFD.
