My desire is to find a stable job where I can grow, learn new things and where I can improve myself more. And at the same time I am also looking forward to work in an industry where I can use my 6 years of experience as a Interior Designer.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Time management and attention.
Responsible in giving all interior fit out drawings.
Produce fit out shop drawings, wall setting out, reflected ceiling plans, Elevations, Flooring, Joinery, stone, glass, metal and related details.
Prepare shop drawings based on the BOQ and tender drawings and specifications and as instructed by senior designer coordinator.
Produce full set of as-built drawings and issued to the client as instructed by seniors design coordinator.
Report to the senior design coordinator, any deviances, discrepancies and anomalies encountered within the scope of works.
All drawings are correctly annotated.
All revisions are clearly marked an all parts of the drawings.
A complete history of all drawings is preserved in both hard and soft copy for review.
Checked and supervise if the plan are properly implemented.
Distribute all approved drawings to the relevant parties, once they have been approved for construction.
Perform daily and monthly inventory.
Giving customer satisfaction and reason to comeback.
