Met with clients to review design concepts including mood boards, hand renderings, AutoCAD prints and 3D models using Revit along with soliciting feedback, while establishing a budget. Completed product research, purchased furnishings and scheduled for delivery. Hired and oversaw contractors to complete design concept. Assisted with on site visits to ensure execution of plans and specifications, and to monitor the over all progress of the project. Maintained accurate records of billable hours and created proper invoices.
