I have completed my studies in MSc International Business Management at Heriot-Watt University. In addition, I have 2.5 years of work experience in banking and financial services sector. This, together with my bachelor of commerce degree, significantly improved my analytical skills as both the qualifications tested my ability to identify, analyze and evaluate financial data. Apart from that, my professional work experience has greatly helped me to expand my knowledge of communication, client service, business processes, time management, organizational structure, and activities, as well as to develop a strong work ethic. Furthermore, I have collaborated and mentored my peers to help them succeed by sharing my knowledge and insights about the products and services so that their metrics could be improved.

It was an internship during my course where I worked as a Ethics Diversity and Inclusion Officer. I helped the company design and develop their EDI and Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) policy that could reflect company values. Moreover, I provided advice and support on equality and diversity issues, making them aware about the significance of working in a diversified environment.
