My tenure in the inventory and Asset Management began over 8 years ago and since then, I have been involved with the spearheading of all operations. My other expertise includes field operational management in the construction department with 4 years of expertise.
So far, I have been able to swiftly identify equipment to contact vendors for its replacement and repairs. I have equally maintained a 95% inventory accuracy rate, which gradually reduced the cost of an increase in profit margin.
As a natural leader, I am used to boosting the morale of employees and my team members while giving them extensive inventory and asset management training.
