" I am currently deputed at CitiGroup Belfast, UK under HCLTech contract role. With extensive experience in IT support, asset management, and network troubleshooting, I am confident in my ability to contribute effectively to your team.
In my current role at Citi Group, I have successfully utilized the Servicenow helpdesk ticketing tool to respond to and resolve user tickets within the SLA duration. My responsibilities include managing assets and internal devices, ensuring the continuity of signage systems, and providing comprehensive hardware and software support. I am also proficient in assisting users with mobile device setup and have experience in the installation and maintenance of audio video conference rooms.
Additionally, I am skilled in installing various operating systems, including Windows thin and thick clients, MacBook, and Chrome OS. My role involves providing laptops and peripheral devices for new starters and conducting IT orientation sessions. I am adept at connectivity troubleshooting, network support, and patching network cables, along with user account management and access level administration.
Previously, as a Senior IT Coordinator at ASM Digital Engineering Private Limited in Bangalore, I was responsible for managing all IT issues within the company. I have a proven track record of resolving user tickets within the SLA duration, prioritizing tasks, and delegating helpdesk tickets to dedicated technical teams. My experience includes creating user accounts, organization units, and user groups in Active Directory, as well as configuring mailboxes and public folders in the Microsoft Exchange web catalog.
I have extensive experience working with various Windows operating systems, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange, and Windows Firewall. I successfully completed a server migration from 2008 to 2016 and collaborated with the corporate office to implement Office365. My role also involved installing Windows updates, managing data security, and creating backup solutions using Veeam.
My technical expertise extends to configuring Wireguard VPN, setting up wireless technology, and managing POE network switches. I have experience in creating virtual machines in VMware, supporting ERP software, and maintaining IT systems. I have also been responsible for planning and implementing the IT budget, reducing server downtime, and ensuring high-quality service by defining desktop standards and enforcing organizational policies. "
