i am an enthusiastic and committed project manager with a background in IT service management and Technology integration within the educational sector. I have a MSc. in Computer Networks and certifications for PMP, PRINCE2, Professional Scrum Master, and MCP.

My work experience as an IT support engineer has exposed me to various industries including, media, education, service desk management, tourism, and certification training. My greatest achievement has come from applying my leadership skill and IT service management expertise as an IT director and school administrator. During my time in this combined role, I led a team of contract engineers and support staff for over ten years to install, configure, administer, support and train personal (staff, teachers, students) to effectively use the various technology adaptations introduced into the school. The result of this consistent effort produced a 150% rise in population growth and a 35% reduction in expenses through the use of automation and best practices.

Previously, I had served a diverse group of clients from different countries including the USA, Israel, Germany, UK, while working as a help desk support engineer for Computacenter UK. My work involved providing first and second line IT support services, which included TCP/IP networking, Server administration, mobile and wireless infrastructure support, MS exchange support, operating system support, etc.

For the last two years, I have served as a project management and IT consultant for Acquire Centre Ltd a profession management and consulting firm. My role as lead consultant allows me to consult, plan, supervise, and offer necessary training for clients. As an authorized delivery partner of CompTIA and PECB, I am able to provide globally recognized certification training while maintaining industry best practices. I currently provide training for CompTIA ITF+, A+, Network+, Server+, Security+, and Project+
