I am a cooperative and excellent assistant in the kitchen, I have essential knife skills, my manager at my current job commended my learning pace in less than a week, even though I had no prior coffee selling experience.
I clean the kitchen area, work area and customer area like there is a food police watching. I am an eloquent communicator, I am bold and can handle any kitchen stress. For me, it is all about a great service. I tell myself, our customers at Henry's (my current job) can decide to have their coffee elsewhere, but they come into Henry's for the service and the ambience, so I have to make it right, If I do the right thing, even if others aren't, then I can lead by example no matter my job title.
