When it comes to me working in the kitchen, i am the life of the kitchen, always trying my best to make things fun as it is a very stressful environment, and a smile does make it a bit better. I don’t mind going above and beyond for a company that takes care of their employees.
I thrive in a fast paced environment, i think of myself as an adrenaline junky when it comes to working the line, there is just something about getting slammed as a team and at the end of it we all just laugh.
I work hard and fast, i pick up new things quickly and adapt to new environment fairly easily.
All my qualifications are from City and Guilds which I obtained through Food and Beverage institute.
Diploma in culinary arts.

Certificate in hotel management.
Certificate in housekeeping.
Certificate in reception services.
My interest change depending on the season, but it tends to range anywhere from me walking around to find a spot to fly my drone or me heading out to the lake to try and paddle board. Sometimes I just love binging a good series on TV, or reading a thriller.
