Having worked for national laundries for 25 years from sorting through to management, I’ve a great skill set of what is required to produce a quality product that is profitable to the business. Unfortunately like a lot of small businesses my own laundry was forced to close due to the recent pandemic, I think this experience has taught me more about sustainably and that nothing can be taken for granted. (Usage only accounts and events are dangerous when everything closes) I like a hands on approach to all situations from engineering through to linen fold and finish. Which includes a good working knowledge of roller irons and BCW tunnel washing procedures. I have a proven record of dealing with employees appraisals and development coaching.
