I am a graduate with a Microbiology background, and I currently work with Polaris Bank Limited, a commercial bank in Nigeria as an Agent Management and Support Lead. I provide training to staff, merchants/agents. I market and promote the bank's products and services to the underbanked and financially excluded population, and I also provide support to over 7,000 Agents in the Northern part of the country.

I have over half a decade experience in customer relation, retention and support and I currently serve as the data analyst for the Strategic Partnership and Agency Banking Team by mining data on agent activities, sourcing for reports on competitor activities, network quality and current market situation thereby providing insight into these data.
