I am a mechanical engineer with 8 years of experience in mechanical construction works, HVAC and QC engineering. I am highly knowledgeable about site management, quality management and project lifecycle management. Combining my experience and knowledge with my solution-oriented, positive, harmonious and hardworking personality, I have always stood as one of the most indispensable employees in the companies I have worked for.
I think the working system of my mind is very similar to engineering and that's why i choose this profession thinking that it fits my personality very well. I enjoy being a manager, organizing things, planning and making decisions. Because being able to see concretely the results of the decisions I make and the things we do, to be able to do something and to provide an added value provides my personal motivation.

I can follow every given job until I finish it, by paying the same attention to every step of the job. I am also versatile; In terms of my profession, I am well-versed in many subjects such as material types, material orders, project design, field application, management, progress payment etc. I also used this versatility at the Ibis Hotel construction site. I worked as a single engineer from beginning to the end, I was in control of every point and it was my first construction site that I completed by working from first point to the end. So when i finished the job there, I felt that I was very successful and revealed my potential.
