I hold over Ten years of professional experience in Larsen and Toubro (L&T) which is one of the India's largest conglomerates. My professional experience has revolved around various areas like project management, strategy & planning, project controls, pre-sales, contract management, customer relationship management and business development. During my tenure with L&T, I have been rated one of the TOP performers which itself is a remarkable achievement.
I strongly believe in Teamwork and have skillfully managed multi-cultural teams across multiple geographies during challenging situations. I have worked, studied and stayed in multiple regions like India, European Union, Canada and Middle East.
I am currently heading the Business Development in UAE and Saudi Arabia for one of the business verticals for L&T. I have been entrusted by L&T's top management towards securing big and profitable orders, lead the bidding processes, map the supply chain and create a strong & motivated team in the region, while expanding the business in the region.
I hold a Master's degree in International Management from the prestigious CEMS (Community of European Management Schools) program involving Bocconi University Italy and Richard Ivey School of Business Canada. I also hold Bachelor degree in civil engineering from one of the top technical institutes of India.

I have over 10 years of professional experience in Larsen and Toubro (L&T). Currently, I am heading the Business Development in UAE and KSA for one of the business verticals of L&T. I am responsible for securing large and profitable projects, creating and managing business networks, enhancing subcontractor base and developing a business team in Middle East.
Earlier to the same, I was attached to the Director's office as Executive Assistant wherein I was responsible for monitoring the progress for over 100 projects, valued >$ 8 Billion across multiple geographies like India, Sri Lanka and Middle East.
Before being appointed as EA, I was a key person in Airports business unit of L&T as Strategic Business Analyst.
