Food has always been a passion of mine it has been a centre of discussion in my family ever since I can remember as a young child, my interest in combing ingredients tasting incredible flavours and improvising them and trying to make them into a dish. Joining a Hotel management college gave a broad perspective about food and sustainable cooking, I was trained in Taj Bengal 5 star hotel and also got the opportunity to work with the 5 star properties both in India and abroad, I believe being a serious cook involves more than cooking, I at times successfully supervised my kitchen staff in the absences of my seniors ensuring they work well together to deliver high quality meals in a timely manner to keep guest coming back for more. i would like to express my sincere interest in joining your team.
