1.4 year of experience in Global Sales Operations (SFDC) and 8.1 years of
experience as Functional consultant in SAP-Sales & Distribution.
As a Team member involved in Support projects and also involved on
implementation projects on SAP SD. Working knowledge in handling daily
support tickets/incidents, Change Requests, Problem tickets, Service Requests,
and preparing project documents like Functional specification documents, etc.
