Ensure the planning of maintenance services through analysis and availability of human, material and financial resources, preliminary risk analysis involving the performers, inspectors or supervisors and those responsible for the release of equipment;
Mapping failure modes and take action to ensure safety machinery function;
Ensure the preparation and updating of the multiannual plan of maintenance stops of the process units, utilities and facilities of
automation process and TAG equipment, together with the areas of production and inspection of equipment;
Ensure the good standard of maintenance through the training of the entire workforce in the processes of their responsibility, so that the teams are trained and properly qualified to act according to existing maintenance procedures, in routine and emergency situations;
Ensure daily production plan are met, identifying improvements areas with line processes and recommend solutions;
