I am responsible for day-to-day operations of the branch.
Cost control, manpower control, utilities control, cash control are some of my KPIs everyday. I also handled hiring and screening of staff. I also do trainings for newly hired employees and newly regularized employees. Directly reporting to Regional manager for evaluation of previoys month Financial Statement.
