In my last contract i work on a bulk carrier as First Assistant engineer.
Under my supervision was 4 crew which take clear instructions about daily working programm.
In the morning the jobs was shared and proper permits field by identify job hazards.
After completion of jobs i had to check the overall condition and make a report file to Office.
All the technical jobs passing from our department.
As overall result my team took the engine room to another level by fixing problems that was remain from previous crew.
From the other hand the working conditions was bad poor quality of rest and food.
