1. Piping Supervisor at Reliance Industries Ltd., Jamnagar (India)
· Co-ordination with clients for issue of PMIN & Drawings.
· Prepare MTO as per drawings & Check with the MTO issued by
client.
· Updating records of daily free issued material as per PMIN.
· Prepare record of material which is send to the Blasting &
Painting shop.
· Prepare daily cutting plan as per availability of the painted
material in the store.
· Handing over a drawings to the fabrication department as per
availability of the painted material.
· Updating records of daily Fit up, welding, weld visual, NDE
clearance, RT report, PWHT report, etc.
· Updating daily records of prepared spool shifting to the erection
site.
· Updating records of BTN materials from the other contractor. ·
Prepare reconciliation statement.
· Knowledge about all types of Piping Drawings & Layouts.
