Position : Mechanical Support Engineer
Responsibilities:
Carrying out maintenance on static and mechanical system of plants and equipments.
Overhauling and replacing of damaged parts on rotating Equipments according to schedule
Carryout predictive and preventive maintenance of all rotating plant equipments such as Pumps, motors, compressors ,Gas turbines ,Gas Engine Generators, Diesel Generators, Fans and blowers
Carry out condition monitoring/Inspection and Maintenance of static Equipments such as pressure vessels (drums, columns, reactors, filters) and heat exchangers (shell and tubes, plate and frame, air coolersTest separators,Surge Vessels,LP and HP separators
Participate in the use of all on-the-job safety tools
Assist in reviewing job packs and giving feedback and improvement on Fire and Life Safety (FLS)as a compliance in permit to work system
Identify any safety issues associated with job end and ensure removal/mitigation prior to working
Execute maintenance work as planned and practice corrective maintenance
Assisted in Installation, commissioning of static & Rotary equipments and as well Carried out mechanical maintenance of existing plant Equipments alignment such as compressors, pumps and valves.
Installation of new gaskets, pressure gauges and valves such as Ball Valves, Butterfly Valves, Gate Valves, Non Return or check valves on static Equipments and pipe lines upon dimensional specifications and standards.

Position: Inspection Engineer(Equipment condition monitoring)
Responsibilities:
Responsible for predictive condition of all rotating equipment’s such as pumps,motors,compressors,blowers,steam Turbines and ensure they are working within the designed parameters
Monitor, inspect and measure all equipment at DFL plant to predict the early diagnosis of damage to avoid unexpected equipment breakdown
Perform condition monitoring related operations , maintenance and report to Snr Engineer Reliability and Condition Monitoring and relevant departments about abnormal symptoms of equipment promptly
Analysis equipment with vibrometer,fluke meter,SPM bearing checker,Infra red thermometer accurately and give advice the best way to solve problem or failure to increase reliability.
Ensure all equipment run smoothly.
Conduct regular vibration measurement, temperature measurement, inspections and prepare reports in accordance with measurement and inspection cycles and procedures

Responsibilities:
Responsible for preventive, predictive and corrective Mechanical Maintenance activities of all rotating equipment’s such as pumps, compressors,blowers, Agitators ,e.t.c
Maintenance and services of centrifugal pumps, reciprocating pumps, gear pumps, heat exchangers, high pressure rectifiers, cooling towers, Fans, Blowers Agitators, gear boxes e.t.c
Replace bearings on electric motors, mechanical seals and shafts of centrifugal pumps due to shaft run-out
Carryout preventive maintenance and services on sea water lift pumps, boaster pumps, injection water pumps, hydraulic pumps
Carryout preventive maintenance on Compressors, gas turbines by checking oil level ,Leaks, replacing of oil filters , Air filters and oil when due, cleaning and replacing of internal and external harmattan filters
Carryout verification of tags/nameplates on equipment’s in different locations at the plant
Record plant equipment history as required by the workgroup. (Global Reliability Tool (GRT), data sheet, etc.)
Request permits and notify Supervisor if permit cannot be issued within the requested time.
Identify and capture details on tags/nameplates on equipment through taking of
Photographs
Participate in carrying out shutdown Maintenance repair and overhauling of all rotating and static plant equipments including Compressors and Pumps
Maintain good house keeping

Position : General Maintenance Officer (Mech)
Responsibilities:
Periodic general inspections of Rotating and Static plants equipment.
Carry-out routine and Preventive Maintenance of Rotating and Static Mechanical
Components of Ethanol Refining Plants
Performed preventive maintenance on all Rotating and Static Mechanical Components of Ethanol Refining Plants Equipments such as pumps, motors, Industrial Hammer mill, Tanks and Vessels, Distillation columns, condensers, Alfa Laval Plate Heat Exchangers.
Test run newly installed machines and equipment to observe their performance upon operations and ensure standard specifications.
