I am a Lean Six Sigma Green belt Certified Professional who has completed MSc in Aerospace Engineering at the University of Sheffield and have graduated in September,2020. I have completed my undergraduation in BE Mechanical Engineering. My undergraduate course included subjects like Operation Management and Operation Research, which has taught me the importance of developing a comprehensive business plan and defining system requirements along with a realistic time-frame, prior to starting on the actual design.
I have done several projects (mentioned in my CV) in my undergraduate and post-graduate study where I lead a team to success. There experiences has improved my technical as well as my management skills. I am currently working as a Mechanical Design Engineer for Fitness Mechanics where my design skills have further improved. In my current role, I have worked in designing several projects from scratch to creating product documentation and costing data.
I am a person who can create a positive prolonging impact in the work I do. I understand the need for sustainability and sincerely feel it is of utmost importance for us to innovate,design, improve technology keeping sustainability as the main focus. I understand this could be challenging but I find this to be exciting, provoking my critical thinking and intriguing as I tend to think beyond the box to find a solution for a problem. I am passionate about what I do and always in search of improving myself professionally and personally.
