I am working in Hematology and Blood Bank Departments and gained lot of experience in manual, semi automated and fully automated procedures and instruments as well.
My technical work skills:
● Supervise performance of all the staff in the shift.
● Supervise technical team in the shift and answer their queries.
● Supervise all routine tests in the department.
● Ensure timely and accurate delivery of results.
● Communicate critical alerts to duty doctor to communicate to physicians.
● Ensure implementation of Quality Management System in the Department.
● Manage environmental control sheets.
● Ensure safe disposal of bio-hazardous waste.
● Responsible to maintain the quality of laboratory services with the procedure for quality Assurance & quality control.
● Responsible for training of the staff on new techniques.
● Able to work in fast paced, results oriented environment consistently.
Any other responsibility assigned by the head of the department (HOD).


Front Desk Officer/Phlebotomist Sept 2011 To Nov 2012

During this session I worked in Reception as well as Phlebotomy departments of pathology and gained lot of experience in Patient Dealing, Sample drawing and delivered to their respective Department. Work Include:

Collect Blood for donation or for testing so the Blood can be analyzed in laboratory.
Observe strict safety protocols to avoid direct contact with the Blood.
Ensure efficient running of Reception including Booking of Tests and procedures.
Direct Dealing with customers and respond to their queries in a timely manner.
Follow Company policies and procedures according to ISO 15189:2007.
