I feel I have a natural affinity to the role of a Healthcare Assistant and because I have experience of caring for the elderly patients and relatives; I believe I have the needed skills, empathy and qualities needed to excel in this position.
I want to be a healthcare assistant because it's a meaningful career, you get to quickly see the impact of your work on clients.
Also, because the job keeps you grounded, you get to appreciate life more and genuinely make a positive impact on the life of others.
