 Project name: Palava -2 Sector – 3 (Dombivali East Thane Mumbai India.)
 Architect: M/s Kapadia Associates Pvt .
 MEP Consultant: WSP Consultants India Pvt.

This project is part of Palava smart city having 19 sectors with all latest amenities. Sector 3 is having 74 residential (G+ 17floors) buildings having 6500 flats and 7 stories car park & mixed used buildings. Sector 3 spread in 90 Acres of land.

Duties & Responsibilities:

 Heading the MEP – CM Team comprising of 60 associates
 Coordinate with subcontractors / design department / procurement for the smooth progress of the project
 Define and monitor KPI for the team members to align with company long/short term goals.
 Assist management to take issue based decision to align with business goals.
 Manage organizational resources and mentor team members.
 Overall Construction administration of multiple projects.
 Inspection of construction site to monitoring quality, progress.
 Lead design/construction meetings to resolve issues affecting the project progress

This project consist of 4 star hotel for Hayat Group & 2 mixed used building of 12 floors with 2 basement.

Duties & Responsibilities

 Planning & execution of the entire MEP project for building & infrastructure services to deliver the project within the scheduled time frame.
 Preparing techno- commercial comparison for materials & follow up with client/ consultants for the approval of the same
 Handling a team of site engineers & supervisors for smooth & timely progress of site execution work with desired standard of safety.
 Preparation of drawings & follow up for the approval from client, consultant &, local government authority (Dewa, civil defence etc )
 Attending site progress meeting & necessary correspondence with consultants
 Billing & certification of billing
Other responsibilities
 Preparing Project Schedule with the help of Planning Engineers & keep project plans on track, monitoring all aspect of the projects. Review, Analyze contract documents. Plan & ensure optimum use of resources & monitor use against budget.
 Implement & enforce work schedule, completing 100% of task on time or earlier.
 Monitor & report Project progress throughout the project cycle to ensure on time completion with desired standard of safety.

