I have been an active member of the health care team working in collaboration with qualified nurses,doctors dieticians, psychologist etc with the provision of clinical care in a safe environment to a defined case loads of patients within both hospital and home care settings.My area of specialty is taking care of elderly especially those with dementia and the elderly. I have a good knowledge of dementia and how to take good care of patients and that is why I believe I am the best candidate for the role.
