I'm most inspired by professional and personal growth. I have always managed to do everythign independently, and thus I aspire to keep learning and enhancing my skill set and personality to contribute towards my growth. I'm motivated by resiliency, and willingness to work hard everyday.
Since my childhood, I've been learning classical music, and few other instruments along with my studies. This has instilled a sense of time management which helps me even now to manage things professionally as well as personally. Also, as a hobby music helps me keep calm and patient, as it helps to relax after a long working day.
This balance helped me even now, when I was parallely juggling between my work and my Master's degree, since it was a part time course with weekly assignment submissions, classes and quarterly exams.
Apart from my work and my hobby, working out in the morning is what gives me energy and motivation to be enthusiastic for the rest of the day.
Hence, I continously have something to look forward to and never stop, thus motivating me to continously work for myself.

My family has always been a source of inspiration for me. I\'ve my mom and dad in the family, who have always been working. Thus, they\'ve always encouraged my in my career decisions and motivated me to work hard and be independent always.
Moving to my career aspirations, my current goal is to enhance my learnings and skill set, which can be achieved by working along side different people and different environment. I believe, I have spent 5 years of my career in India, which has helped me learn and grow. However, I believe this is the right time to move across to a different country, to have a great international exposure of working with people coming from all over the world. This will really help evolve at work.
Also, in the future I aspire to move on to a leadership role, making strategic decisions that are important to the organization.
