- Automotive work experience (2 years in Logistics/Supply Chain; 3 years in Automotive Journalism)
- Experience working in an advanced manufacturing facility (BMW MINI Plant Oxford)
- Familiarisation with 5S, 6-Sigma, 5 Why, lean manufacturing and ERP (SAP, SEPIA and PKT)
- Design, simulation and analysis software knowledge (the list includes, but is not limited to: CATIA V5, SolidWorks, Autodesk Fusion 360, MSC Adams, Star CCM+, Hyperworks, LS-DYNA and more)
- Willingness to learn, adapt and contribute
